Timeline Jumping

Last Friday night I signed a contract with my first agency 🤯 and while I was excited (and nervous!), I simultaneously felt calm.

I had this sense of knowing……like I had been here before.

The feeling was familiar because in a way I had; I had been here before because I had been practicing timeline jumping.

What is timeline jumping you ask?

Well let me first just say that for some of you reading this, this may sound a bit “woo”; however, I think one of my gifts in this lifetime is making “woo” topics accessible, tangible, actionable and most importantly, trauma-informed. Make it make sense is my forever mood (you can thank my 3 planets in Gemini, 3 plants in Capricorn and 2 planets in Taurus for that).

From what I’ve learned over the years and from my own personal experience, timelines are the infinite possible realities that are available to us at any given moment.

They are ever present unseen currents (realities) running parallel to us and based on our level of consciousness and the choices we make, we can choose our timelines.

I like to think of it like those “choose your own adventure” books where you were presented with a number of options to take and based off your choice, there were different outcomes for you / the character.

If you were like me, you would also go back after making one decision and still read what the other route was to see which one was better 🙃.

Most of us are on a certain timeline, more or less going along with it until something (externally or internally) interrupts that, and whether we asked for it or not, we find ourselves on a completely new path.

Some common timeline jumps are breakups (divorces), marriages, child birth, job changes, moving, unexpected life changes……you get the idea: significant life occurrences that have a clear line of discernment of life before this moment and life after this moment.

However, we can even more intentionally and more consciously choose the timeline we would like to be on.

The reason signing my contract felt familiar was because it was a feeling and a vision that I had been energetically holding, speaking on and physically taking action towards over a period of time.

I had made the clear choice that I was ready for the next version of myself and a higher vision for my creativity and my life.

When we decide that we are ready to change timelines from the one we are currently on, we are consciously deciding to empower ourselves; we are deciding that we are ready to shift the person we currently are to who we need to be to match or create our desired outcome; our new reality.

One of the keys to this energetic and literal shift, as always, is the nervous system

Ushering in a new vision and a new version of ourselves can sometimes feel overwhelming which can cause resistance in the mind and body at best and avoidance or total shut down at worst……and if you’ve been following my work, you know I’m not about that gas-lighting life.

So we move gently; we move with intentionality, care and reverence for our own process and our own timing (as well as Divine Timing).

Everyone’s journey is different; some of us are more ready than others; some of us have a few more things we have to work through (especially when trauma enters the scene) but if we are willing to do our work and surrender to the process, it’s not a matter of “if” - it’s just a matter of “when.”

And because I love things to be tangible, below you’ll find a version of my own timeline jumping (manifesting) process.

1.) Find yourself in a grounded & relaxed state (you can try this free meditation https://biancagabrielle.gumroad.com/l/meditation_call_your_energy_back ).

2.) Bring to mind a certain desired outcome in a specific area of your life

3.) Allow yourself to actually *feel* (in your body) the energy and the emotion of this outcome

4.) Notice any images that may also come to mind: people, places, clothes you are wearing, environment, etc. Try not to question what shows up and just allow yourself to be fully immersed.

5.) Notice any resistance, numbness, blocks that show up as well. Make a note of where you feel it and any “yeah…buts” that show up and gently come back to the desired feeling (if possible)

6.) Hold the feeling + vision for as long as possible. Do not force it, as this could activate the nervous system (and create more resistance.

7.) Write down some action steps that support the energy / vision / outcome you held

8.) Allow space for integration and repeat

9.) Enjoy the process ✨

Happy Jumping!

Wishing you a beautiful Winter Solstice and easeful holidays.

Proud of you,

Bianca
