12 Reasons an EFT Tapping Practice Will Change Your Life
The possibilities for how EFT can change your life are endless but here are a few important reasons why you should be regularly incorporating it into your life
I woke up one day earlier this week and felt a heaviness in my body that I could not place.
Instead of trying think my way through it or ignore it to deal with later, I knew it was time to do my own EFT practice for emotional / energetic cleaning.
It didn’t take long and afterwards I felt myself come back online: I was noticeably lighter, my thoughts were clearer and I felt myself become excited about my day.
I was so grateful for my practice because I knew what the day would have looked like had I not taken the time to clear myself: low energy, negative/anxious thinking, scattered and ungrounded.
Later in the day I also worked with a client who is transitioning out of her corporate job to freelance and we needed to help her let go of her old job, the resentment she held around how they treated her towards the end, her old identity and release the fears surrounding this new chapter.
We incorporated EFT into her session and she was able to process and release the grief of letting go of this part of her life and shift into a state of gratitude for what it had taught her.
She was able to leave our session excited about her new career trajectory without the “f**k you” energy/baggage connected to her past (critical component of any career transition).
The possibilities for how EFT can change your life are endless but here are a few important reasons why you should be regularly incorporating it into your life:
1.) It’s easy: All you need is yourself and your fingertips (and maybe a skilled practitioner).
2.) It’s efficient: Have an hour? Amazing. Only have 10 minutes? Great, start tapping and clear your s**t.
3.) It’s intuitive: While there’s a simple process/structure to EFT/‘Tapping’, you can’t really mess up. It works best when you are staying connected to what’s true for you. Plus, the more you tap and clear stress, the more access you have to your actual Intuition.
4.) It’s effective: That life long habit you’ve been trying to kick to no avail? That change you’ve been dying to make but just can’t see to get yourself to do it? A couple of rounds (or sessions) of EFT can shift the impossible to the very real.

6.) It’s nervous system regulating: when you tap, you are releasing cortisol (stress hormone) from the body…..quickly.
7.) It’s clearing: For those that tend to absorb others emotions and energies, EFT is an important part of energetic hygiene. It’s the ultimate squeegee to release what doesn’t belong to you (check out this video for how you can do that)
8.) It’s clarifying: When you clear stress and negative thinking and begin to re-program your subconscious thoughts, the clarity and creativity that was suppressed underneath can finally live its best life (and help you live yours).
9.) It’s magical: When you do #8, life starts becoming a lot more fun, joyful and……well, magical.
10.) It’s connecting: You know that feeling when you’re in your head all day (all the time) and don’t really know what’s going on beneath your neck? Welcome to most of the world. As EFT helps you to clear stress, you gain access to the rest of your body and the wisdom that it holds.
11.) It’s safe: There’s nothing you are ingesting. There’s no weird body shapes. There’s no mantras (unless you want to). As long as you’re not trying to heal the most traumatic thing that’s ever happened to you on your own (highly suggest working with a skilled practitioner if you need to go there), EFT is safe and science based.
12.) It’s healing: The more stress you release, the better you feel. The better you feel, the more energy and clarity you have. The more energy and clarity you have, the better your external actions will be. The better your external actions will be the more in alignment your life will be.
